Our mission at Campanilla Compound is to give our guests an authentic and elegant Santa Fe experience. For us, the details matter. From the pattern on our hand-painted kiva fireplaces to the thread count in our Egyptian cotton sheets, our casitas are designed to showcase the beauty of New Mexican living. We want you to love visiting Santa Fe as much as we love living here.

FAQs

How close are you to the historic Santa Fe Plaza? Can I walk there?

Campanilla Compound is four blocks north of the Plaza. A short 10-minute walk will bring you to all of the shops, restaurants, museums and galleries.

Is Campanilla quiet?

Very quiet. We are located in a well-established residential neighborhood and our neighbors (and guests) are respectful of noise levels.

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but unfortunately we do not allow pets in our homes.

I can’t climb stairs. Do you have any homes I can stay in?

Yes! We have a selection of single-story homes with a limited number of steps.

Do you provide daily room service?

No, however, we can schedule cleanings during your stay with our hospitality service. We need a week’s notice and the cleaning costs start at $50 per visit.

Do you have off-street parking?

Yes. Our parking area is centrally located to all of our homes and it’s free for our guests!

Do you have air conditioning?

We do not have  central air conditioning. However, traditional Southwestern architecture is designed to stay cool in the summer (and warm in the winter). We provide all of our guests with simple tips to keep the casitas cool and comfortable. In addition, we have a selection of fans, window units and portable air conditioners that can be used if needed.

Are any of your homes for sale?

Campanilla Compound is a quarterownership community. Occasionally, our homes come up for sale. We are currently listed with Gary Boal at Santa Fe Properties and Emily Garcia at Sotheby’s Santa Fe.
