Policies:

1. •Pets and smoking are not allowed.
   

2. •Maximum occupancy is four per one-bedroom unit and six per two-bedroom unit.
   

3. •To make a reservation, 1/2 of the total rent will be held as a deposit. This amount, less a $50 cancellation fee, can be refunded with 30 days cancellation notice to Campanilla's manager's office. The second 1/2 is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
